"I got a call one day from a Blake Lee Dalton State Farm agent. He asked if he could quote me. Usually I turn them down. This time I decided to allow them to. When I received my quote I was quite shocked at how much I would be saving with more coverage. I gave the office a call back to go over my questions. Jordan happen to be the lucky one to take my call. The amount of time he spent with me going over the quote vs my current coverage making sure I understood what my coverage entailed with such patience and care was reassuring that I was going to be in good hands. As if I decided to go with them I would be leaving a company that I had been with for 17 years and had grown a personal relationship with. He even was able to save me more money than originally quoted. All it took was him taking that extra initiative. When all was said and done and I decided that the change was happening I felt excited about my decision. Now I rest in knowing that all though I am new to them they really do care and have my best interest at heart. I look forward to building a relationship with them."
